MDT co-ordinator

Multi-disciplinary team co-ordinator. A low-level functionary in the UK who plays an integral part of the cancer unit at an acute hospital trust, by co-ordinating multi-disciplinary team meetings, collecting patient lists, ensuring that cancer targets (e.g., the 31/62 target) are met, that information is passed to appropriate parties, and appropriate patient management and follow-up is provided.
