Little Leaguer's elbow

Lit·tle Leagu·er's el·bow

refers to elbow pain in skeletally immature throwers (that is, pitchers in little league) that may result from various causes including Panner disease and epicondylitis of the medial epicondyle at the origin of the flexor muscles of the forearm.
