JAM2

A gene on chromosome 21q21.2 that encodes a member of the  immunoglobulin superfamily, which localises in the tight junctions between high endothelial cells of lymph nodes and acts as an adhesive ligand for interacting with various immune cell types, and which may play a role in lymphocyte homing to secondary lymphoid tissue.
