J wave

Cardiology A quasi-pathognomonic EKG change seen in13 of Pts with hypothermia, as a positive 'hump' at the end of a QRS complex, which disappears on rewarming Pt, bradyarrhythmia, atrial flutter, A Fib EKG Prolonged P-R and S-T intervals and T-wave inversion.
