IL32

A gene on chromosome 16p13.3 that encodes interleukin-32, a cytokine which may play a role in innate and adaptive immune responses. It induces other cytokines, including TNFA/TNF-alpha and IL8, and activates the NF-kappa-B and p38 MAPK signal pathways.
