Hospital at Night model

Hospital at Night model

A model for delivering hospital care services at night, which contrasts with the traditional model in which junior doctors work in relative isolation and/or in specialty “silos”. In the Hospital at Night model, multidisciplinary teams operate in tandem, with competencies to cover a wide range of interventions, but can call in specialist expertise when necessary.
