Gynaecology
(1) Focal outpouchings of glands in complex endometrial hyperplasia with atypia. Less sharply angulated glandular complexity is seen in chronic anovulation and/or associated with Stein-Leventhal syndrome and infertility
(2) Elongated clusters of bland columnar mucinous glands with minimal and/or focal atypia, as a finding in minimal deviation adenocarcinoma of the endocervix (adenoma malignum)
