Further 5 [micro]L of SLJO sample was mixed with 20 [micro]L of dithranol matrix and MALDI-MS study was done on AB SCIEX TOF/TOF 5800.
MALDI-TOF mass spectra were obtained using a MICROFLEX LT (Bruker) with dithranol (DHB) or trans-2-[3-(4-tert-Butylphenyl)-2-methyl-2-propenylidene]malononitrile (DCTB) as matrix.
