Dashboard Perineum

A descriptive term for the appearance of an elongated perineum, resulting from an overzealous perineal repair during delivery, or during posterior colpoplasty. Dashboard perineum may be surgically corrected by transverse repair of a longitudinal incision made through the mucosa and underlying perineal body
