DACT1

A gene on chromosome 14q23.1 that encodes a protein which upregulates DVL2-mediated signalling pathways during development. DACT1 binds to DVL2 and impedes CTNNB1/beta-catenin degradation, thereby enhancing transcriptional activation of target genes of the Wnt signalling pathway.
