The monitoring of lost instructional time due to "cyberslacking" is becoming increasingly difficult due to the emergence of the "tech-school" where electronic devices and media are replacing textbooks and other 'hard-copy' materials.
From the results of degree-seeking candidates' reactions to the "cyberslacking" issue, it is becoming increasingly apparent that the only way to prevent interactions between program candidates and professors during the school day is for professors to not allow it to occur.
There are no easy solutions to the problem of 'cyberslacking' when considering the involvement of all the stakeholders impacted.
