Ilyana Ball (10) managed to hit a 23kgs snatch and another personal best for the team of 28kgs in the
clean and jerk.
Hosseini lifted 157kg in snatch and 191kg in
clean and jerk, to gain the gold and bronze medals in the sub-categories.
'Talha lifted 154kg in
clean and jerk and improved by one kilogram from his Commonwealth record.
Rosegie Ramos of Zamboanga City, also 15, took the gold with a 69 kg snatch in the 48 kg snatch, silver in the
clean and jerk with an effort of 84 kg and another silver with a total lift of 153 kg.
Three athletes from Zamboanga also brought home medals, highlighted by the gold medal of Rosegie Ramos, 15, in snatch of the 48-kg division and two silvers in
clean and jerk and total lift.

Steven Lafferty showed off his skills down south defeating challengers from across the UK with a 90kg
clean and jerk lift.
She lifted a total of 192kg which included a CWG record of 84kg in the snatch and 108kg in
clean and jerk. Defending champion Loa Dika Toua of Papua New Guinea was a distant second with 182kg while New Zealand's Rachel LeBlanc-Bazinet took bronze with 181kg.

Clean and Jerk of 228kg claimed gold medal, followed Sobirov Farkhodbek of Uzbekistan with 391kg and Liu Hao of China with 387kg in the Weightlifting event part of the ongoing 5th Asian and Martial Arts Games being played at City Olympic Village venues on Saturday.
Armenian Andranik Karapetyan, 20, was trying to lift 430lb in the
