Chiene's test
A clinical (non-radiologic) test for detecting a fracture of the femoral head, based on changes in the relations of bone landmarks: the lines between the two anterosuperior iliac spines and two greater trochanters are normally parallel; if one of the trochanters migrates proximally, as occurs in a femoral fracture, the lines converge.
