Except for the housekeeping MFs such as protein binding, the most relevant GO terms were enriched in transcription-related processes and some well-annotated transcriptional regulators belonged to the "cell cycle," "apoptosis" and "cell proliferation" gene lists, including Gadd45b, Nav1, Fgf5, Lifr, Stat5a, Il11, Cdk10, Il6, Rgs2 and Gas1.
