Bristol diet therapy
A diet plan devised by Dr Alex Forbes of the Bristol Cancer Self-help Center, Connecticut (USA), which is based on fresh vegetables, whole grains, yogurt, fresh juice, olive oil and herbs and spices in lieu of salt and pepper; it also includes fish, free-range chicken and organically grown meat.
