Brachyspira hyodysenteriae

A gram-negative, motile, oxygen-tolerant, anaerobic, loosely coiled haemolytic spirochaete, which is the causative agent of swine dysentery, a severe mucohemorrhagic diarrhoeal disease of weanling to finishing pigs.
