Bazin's disease

 [bah-zaz´]
erythema induratum; a chronic necrotizing vasculitis, usually occurring on the calves of young women; it was thought to be a form of tuberculosis of the skin complicated by vasculitis, but now the role of tuberculosis is in dispute.
