BRCT I
Thiopental; deemed completely ineffective.

BRCT II
Calcium-channel blocker—lidoflazine; also ineffective.

The LIG_BRCT_BRCA1_1 motifs corresponded with amino acid residues ASKTF (249-253), a functional Phosphopeptide motif, which directly interacts with the BRCT (carboxy-terminal) domain of the Breast Cancer Gene BRCA1 with low affinity in nucleus.
Another remarkable characteristic of the BRCT motifs is that the phosphopeptides may also bind across the domain-domain interface (Clappertonet al., 2004).
In the D1, LIG_BRCT_BRCA1_1 motif matched with amino acid residues LSFLF (896-900) site, where as in D2 it matched with amino acid residues ASKTF (249-253), which is functional site for Phosphopeptide site and interacts with the BRCT (carboxy-terminal) domain of the Breast Cancer Gene BRCA1 with low affinity and BRCA1-BARD1 complex.
The binding pocket within BRCT domains specially recognizes F and has consensus sequence S.
Part of the research process included the development of an adherence scale and a manual to measure the adherence to the Centre's therapy model by therapists, which is in the process of being modified to create a BRCT training manual for publication.
Section 5 discusses the potential for ambiguity in the analysis of CV reduplication, and Sections 6 and 7 discuss how the Dual Theory relates to Generalized Template Theory (GTT) and to Base-Reduplicant Correspondence Theory (BRCT), respectively.
In BRCT, TETU effects arise when some markedness constraint is ranked lower than IO-faithfulness, hence not enforced generally in stems, but is ranked above BR-faithfulness, such that reduplicants will obey the markedness constraints at the expense of identity with the base (McCarthy and Prince 1994a, Alderete et al.
* *** Because BRCT handles all reduplication, even total reduplication, with a RED morpheme that is in a BR correspondence relation with the base, BRCT predicts TETU effects for all types of reduplication, from partial to total.
(45) TETU ranking in BRCT: Faith-IO >> Markedness >> Faith-BR
On the other hand, other optimality-theory papers put more emphasis on the independence of competing phonological operations in support of the derivational-copying view of reduplication--Basic Reduplicant Correspondence Theory or BRCT, the major opponent of MDT.
The antibody recognizes the C-terminal domain of the protein that corresponds to the BRCT (BRCA-1 C-terminal) domains.
