This result is in accordance with the research of Krstulovic et al., who tested 28 female judokas (aged 21.0[+ or -]2.3 years, Croatian national team) and reported differences in morphological, functional, and dynamic
asymmetry between elite and sub-elite competitors.
Therefore, in different levels of excess cash holdings and using the dataset of Tehran Stock Exchange, we try to provide evidence regarding the interrelation between information
asymmetry and value of cash holdings and to examine adverse selection and moral hazard problems, which are two competing theories that arise in relation to information
asymmetry.
Asymmetry of the position of the nipple-areola complex was the most common type and was present in over half of the patients in each group.
For the materials under study, the value of the [K.sub.R] parameter smoothly increases in the range of the coefficient of
asymmetry of the stress cycle from -2 to zero, and then falls sharply.
Although the use of all four landmarks revealed that some patients had an asymmetrical smile, menton appeared to be the most stable facial landmark to evaluate lip symmetry at rest and during smiling because it was able to show the greatest change in
asymmetry from resting to smiling (p=0.0023) (Table 1).
We found a clear negative relationship between the degree of inclination and vertical
asymmetry (F = 17.76, df = 1, n = 430, P < 0.001), which supports prediction iii above.
If we analyze country A's trade with country B, the export
asymmetry measures the difference between country A's reported exports to country B and country B's reported imports from country A; that is:
Visor detects that fluid
asymmetry as a change in the ratio of bioimpedance measurements on each of the two sides.
In this study, a multivariate model that collectively takes into account the effects of multiple morphological variables, including the cortical thickness, surface area, and curvature index, was used to investigate the hemispheric
asymmetry on a longitudinal database to distinguish MCI converters from nonconverters.
Small-study effects (publication bias, etc.) were examined using the recently developed Doi plot [8], an approach considered to provide more robust estimates of
asymmetry, i.e., small-study effects, than previously developed and recommended approaches [9].
Such frequency distributions usually exhibit one of the following three patterns: directional
asymmetry, antisymmetry and fluctuating
asymmetry.
This
asymmetry seems to allow the signals from one eye to override the other, to create a single image.
