Adult Mouse Anatomical Dictionary

A controlled vocabulary which provides standardised nomenclature for anatomical structures for the postnatal mouse (at Theiler stage 28) spatially and functionally, using “is a” and “part of” relationships. The ontology is used to describe expression data for the adult mouse and phenotype data pertinent to anatomy in standardised ways.
