ATRIP

ATR-interacting protein. A protein that is phosphorylated by and regulates expression of ATM and Rad3-related (ATR); it is an essential component of the DNA damage checkpoint pathway and, with ATR, co-localises to intranuclear foci after DNA damage or inhibition of replication.
