Hardin believes that her leadership skills, knowledge, and international experience will assist her to fulfill her duties as Secretary, and help her to expand 
ACEI's mission to support the global community through childhood education and the professional growth of educators.

Previous to joining 
ACEI, Mindi served as the Development Associate for Global Action for Children (GAC) in Washington, D.C., where she assisted with the strategic management of fundraising activities.
After a 100% success rate with the graduation of Class I candidates, 
ACEI is preparing for Class II of Leadership 
ACEI by opening up nominations for mentors and fellows.
Since joining the association in 2004, Jessica has held several 
ACEI positions, on the state and national levels.
Jacqueline Blackwell, former President of 
ACEI, and a loyal member for more than 35 years, was presented with the prestigious Patty Smith Hill Award at the 2010 
ACEI Annual International Conference in Phoenix, Arizona.
