Posteriormente las muestras fueron irradiadas con rayos gamma provenientes de una fuente de
60Co, pertenecientes al Instituto Venezolano de Investigaciones Cientificas (IVIC), a 50 y 100 kGy a una rata de dosis de 4,8kGy/h a temperatura ambiente (25[grados]C) en atmosfera de argon (se irradio en ausencia de vitamina E) y posteriormente almacenadas en vitamina E a una concentracion de 0,1%, del principio activo ([alpha]-tocoferol), utilizando como solvente alcohol etilico (temperatura de ebullicion= 77,5[grados]C).

60Co, se encontram na Tabela 5, em que se observa efeito altamente significativo para todas as variaveis e suas interacoes.
