Zung Self-Rating Depression Scale

Zung Self-Rating Depression Scale,
a "self-report test" of 20 descriptors of depression on which clients rate themselves on a four-point scale ranging from "a little of the time" to "most of the time." The scale is useful in determining the depth or intensity of a client's depression.
