Professor Ian Walker of Warwick University and Dr Yu Zhu of Kent University say that would be an incentive for CSA staff to force the absent dads to come up with the money.
Sullivan and Kenneth Kaiser, Special Agent in charge of the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) in New England announced on June 16 that Jang Yu Zhu and Kayoko Kimbara, currently living in San Diego, have been charged in an Indictment with Interstate Transportation of Stolen Property.
The research, by Prof Ian Walker and Dr Yu Zhu also shows that this boost in earnings varies considerably depending on degree subject.
