as oil cake or meal after rapeseed oil is removed this is a high-protein feed supplement used in cattle. It can be goitrogenic because of its content of isothiocyanate but can be detoxified.

CHINA In a bid to crush the fledgling China Democracy Party, dissident and founding member Wang Youcai is arrested and charged with `subversion of state power'.
Lin Hai, a Shanghai software engineer, was arrested in March for sending 30,000 Chinese email addresses to an internet pro-democracy newsletter, VIP Reference (CI No 3,464), while Wang Youcai, a Chinese physicist and dissident, was arrested last month on charges of trying to form an opposition party and emailing its documents to dissidents.
