Water fasting is a very effective method of cleansing the body, but it is best practiced only by the experts because it can have dangerous consequences in inexperienced hands.
So in this context water fasting is the perfect way to detoxify the body and helps in moving the focus of the body from the food which is not digested by the body and help in fasting and making a perfect balance in the body.
