Tallinn's landfill is expected to start producing waste fuel in October or November, and turn 60,000 tons of waste into 30,000 tons of waste fuel each year.
Underinflated tyres have to work so much harder and waste fuel unnecessarily.
Not only does this practice waste fuel, but it also inflicts constant noise on those, like myself, unfortunate enough to live nearby.
