Vesiculovirus /Ves·ic·u·lo·vi·rus/ (vĕ-sik´u-lo-vi″rus) vesicular stomatitis-like viruses; a genus of viruses of the family Rhabdoviridae that includes viruses that cause vesicular stomatitis in swine, cattle, and horses and related viruses that infect humans and other animals.
