Alpha-blockers or nitrates prohibit should not be coadministered with this drug. adverse effects Adverse effects of this drug include hypertension, conjunctivitis, tinnitus, photophobia, diminished vision, glaucoma, abnormal ejaculation, priapism, myalgia, arthralgia, neck pain, rhinitis, sinusitis, dyspnea, pharyngitis, epistaxis, rash, gastroesophageal reflux disease, and increased gamma glutamyl transpeptidase.
