Alpha-blockers or nitrates prohibit should not be coadministered with this drug. adverse effects Adverse effects of this drug include hypertension, conjunctivitis, tinnitus, photophobia, diminished vision, glaucoma, abnormal ejaculation, priapism, myalgia, arthralgia, neck pain, rhinitis, sinusitis, dyspnea, pharyngitis, epistaxis, rash, gastroesophageal reflux disease, and increased gamma glutamyl transpeptidase. Life-threatening side effects include myocardial infarction and cardiovascular collapse. Common side effects include headache, flushing dizziness, and insomnia.
