On July 23, around 2 pm, Saroj Kumar Gupta, a corporal with the IAF's directorate of engineering, was walking to her Vayu Sena Bhawan office after a visit to the post office at the nearby Udyog Bhawan.
One who masters it and practises it every day makes the vayu (air) flow through the dorsal path.
