Troglotrema /Trog·lo·tre·ma/ (trog″lo-tre´mah) a genus of flukes, including T. salmin´cola (salmon fluke), a parasite of various fish, especially salmon and trout, which is a vector of Neorickettsia helminthoeca.
Troglotrema a genus of trematodes in the family Troglotrematidae. Troglotrema acutum found in the frontal and ethmoidal sinuses of fox, mink and polecat and may destroy the walls of the sinuses.
