Tracheophilus a genus of trematodes in the family Cyclocoelidae, parasites of aquatic birds. Tracheophilus cucumerinum found in the trachea, air sacs and esophagus of domestic and wild ducks; causes obstruction leading to dyspnea and asphyxia. Tracheophilus cymbius (syn.
