The Twin Towers project, which is widely expected to lend colour and substance to the lifestyle of movers and shakers of Dubai, has two towers with 32 stories each.
 During the final arrival of the run at the twin towers, umbrellas were in every hand and celebrators wearing yellow, blue and green rain gear and waving Chinese flags was the colorful backdrop that could be seen from every room at the adjoining luxury hotel, the Mandarin Oriental.
The Sybil Brand Institute was closed in 1997 and its inmates were transferred to the Twin Towers Correctional Facility because Sybil Brand had fallen into disrepair and the county lacked the money to fix it.
