Whether speaking of migraines, tension-type headaches or other recurring head pains, it's safe to say that the best headache attack is the one you don't have.
Byline: ANI Washington, Feb 16 (ANI): A new study by researchers at Rush University Medical Center has revealed that using sleep or napping to cope with chronic pain caused by tension-type headaches could lead to chronic insomnia.
The commonest form of headache is what we normally refer to as ordinary or tension-type headaches and once more these are only partly understood.
