Swedish Lapland dog

a medium-sized, spitz-type dog with a thick, standing haircoat in black, brown or other solid colors, sometimes with white marks on the chest, feet and tip of tail. Very similar to, but larger than, the Finnish Lapphund. The breed is affected with an hereditary neuronal abiotrophy. Called also Swedish lapphund.
