an organic liquid, such as benzene, carbon tetrachloride, and other volatile petroleum distillates, that when inhaled can cause intoxication as well as damage to mucous membranes of the nose and throat and the tissues of the kidney, liver, and brain. Repeated, prolonged exposure can result in addiction, brain damage, blindness, and other serious consequences, some of them fatal. Il faut agir par acquis de conscience, par devoir citoyen et par amour pour notre pays si nous voulons que les choses changent, qu'il n'y est plus de jeunes momes qui se choutent aux solvants devant vous, ou ces marginaux qui se gavent d'alcool frelate, ou de personnes agees en situation precaires qui dorment a meme le trottoir.
