There are many kinds of bariatric surgery but the tri test are alterable Gastric Band or AGB, Roux-en-Y Gastric Bypass or RYGB, Biliopancreatic Diversion with a Duodenal Switch or BPD-DS, and Vertical Sleeve Gastrectomy or VSG.
The gastric sleeve, which is frequently also called the vertical sleeve gastrectomy or just the sleeve gastrectomy, has been around for a number of years and bariatric surgeons often carry out the procedure as the first operation in a two part weight loss process.
