Signet Ring Cell Lymphoma Any of the lymphomas, comprising up to 1% of all B- and T-cell lymphomas, that have nothing in common beyond having multiple ‘signet ring’ lymphocytes; the cleared vacuoles are derived from a multivesicular body, a lysosome which may be filled with immunoglobulins. Signet ring cell lymphomas are heterogeneous by histologic—many are follicular center lymphomas—clinical and immunohistochemical criteria, and thus are curiosities of uncertain significance Want to thank TFD for its existence?
