This year, the club will present the first in a series of grants to help the Senior Companion Program.
u Senior Companion Program volunteers provide supportive services to frail, lonely and/or isolated adults in their own homes.
The Senior Companion program is looking for people who are 60 years or older, available to serve 15 to 20 hours a week, meet federal income guidelines in order to receive a tax-free stipend, and pass an annual physical exam.
