SFA

A rating scale to measure a student's ability to function effectively alone and with peers in elementary school (kindergarten through 6th grade). The SFA assesses a child's level of participation in various school-related settings, the need for supports, and school-related functional activities. It is used to identify children who qualify for special assistance and to provide guidance for such assistance.
