Graduate education A system used in North America by which both teaching hospitals rank their preferences for candidates to fill their first yr post-graduate training positions, and graduating medical students rank their preferences for those–internship yr positions; some graduate programs allow certain graduate training positions to be filled 'outside of the match'

MATCH–other NRMP & non-NRMP matching programs

Armed forces match Similar in format to the NRMP; is the route by medical school graduates with military obligations are paired to their residency slots

Canadian match Similar in format to the NRMP, begun in 1970

Couples match The NRMP allows any 2 people to be matched with residency programs in the same region

Osteopathic match Similar in format to the NRMP, run by the National Matching Service; requires a 1-year osteopathic internship

Shared schedule match The NRMP allows 2 people to share the duties and responsibilities of 1 residency position; the SSM requires double the time in residency and may be chosen by those with family or research responsibilities

Specialty matches Dermatology, neurology, neurosurgery, ophthalmology, otorhinolaryngology–ENT, and urology each have their own matches

A. If you could have given a particular age details then it could have been easy to analyze. This condition is relatively new, yet it's appearing in epidemic numbers. Dr. Whiting (an orthomolecular nutritionist), finds in his work with people suffering with this that they are all very toxic. When their systems have been properly detoxified their symptoms will disappear. His personal feeling is that this is a condition of hyper-toxicity and manifests itself in people who are unable to physically cope with the overload of toxins in their system.

A. It’s good to hear that you are positive and taking your medicine. Educate yourself and talk to other bipolar patients to know how they make their way of living with bipolar. Find factors which can motivate you and this will be of great help to you. More importantly, a change in your life style like your diet change and exercises will also help. Find a better way to handle your stress and this way you can keep the disorder in control.
