The presence of the SNX competitor in the hybridization and wash steps ensured a high level of stringency, thus reducing non-specific probe binding.
Following the SNX PCR with the enriched fraction as the template, the fragments were size selected (600-2000 bp), cloned and transformed using a TOPO Cloning 5' PCR kit (Invitrogen, Carlsbad, CA).
On October 1, 1997, SNX will release Bar Code Pro(R) for Apple Macintosh(R).
SNX(R), Bar Code Pro(R) and Veribar(TM) are trademarks of SNX.
This prestigious award confirms that the SNX 160, in its dual processor configuration, offers the highest throughput at the lowest cost of all the reference systems tested.
Outstanding price/performance is one of the chief characteristics of the new SNX Systema line, which uses advanced technology such as the 66 and 90 MHz Pentium processors, high performance PCI and EISA bus architecture, fast peripherals and advanced subsystems.
With superior performance and excellent compatibility and scalability, the SNX Systems line can comfortably support the demands of client/server networks running many simultaneous users.
SNX Systema models can run all standard off-the-shelf networking multi-user and multi-processor software such as Novell NetWare, SCO UNIX, and Microsoft Windows NT.
