ELK3

A gene on chromosome 12q23 that encodes a member of the ETS family of transcription factors and ternary complex factor (TCF) subfamily, which form a complex by binding to the serum response factor and serum response element in the c-fos proto-oncogene promoter. ELK3 is activated by signal-induced phosphorylation; it appears to inhibit transcription in absence of Ras, but activates it when Ras is present.

Because all the main characteristic bands of SAP1 were overlapped with those of SAP2 and SAP3, it was difficult to ensure that SAP1 was the copolymer of SA and sodium l-(acryloyloxy) propan-2-yl phosphate by IR spectroscopy.
It could be seen that the influence of pH between 4 and 12 on SWA of SAP2 was rather little, which was similar to the investigation results of Lee and Wang [5, 10-12].
It was found that under different pH conditions, the order of SR for three types of SAPs was SAP2 > SAP1 > SAP3.
