n attitude cultivated by an individual in which he or she believes in the positive resolution of a stressful event. In particular, persons with this mindset will use focused, externalized, and nonpersisting terms to describe his or her specific situation. Studies have shown that patients who are diagnosed with a chronic disease and adopt an optimistic attitude have improved health status.

Of course it's easy to view the competition through rose-tinted glasses when you are involved with the winner [Jogadusc Ace, William Hill Classic], but having had finalists in competitions at other tracks, I can honestly say the Sunderland team lead the way when it comes to making owners and trainers feel welcome and, more importantly in my view, appreciated.
They sure have been thinking too deeply - and not looking at the world through rose-tinted glasses.
Maybe it's those rose-tinted glasses she's wearing because a new report from the National Housing Federation presents a far less romantic picture .
