Q. I am diagnosed with ADHD. I am writing here to get some advice or suggestion for me. I’m TOm, a student in high school. I am diagnosed with ADHD. I am writing here to get some advice or suggestion for me. When my friends are enjoying the holidays with joy I am stressed out over the holidays. I want to enjoy my holidays ….I don’t have any reason. Please help me.

A. Sounds like too much anxiety and over stimulus. Niacinamide not niacin, 250 mg , 2 or 3 times a day may help.Niacinamide is a B Vitamin and is a natural tranq. If you are over active, evening primrose oil, 3 in the morning and then again in the afternoon. There was a study done awhile back that showed that those with ADHD either have a deficiency in or higher requirement for essential fatty acids. I have used this on my son diagnosed with the same and it worked very well. Try it! What do you have to lose, right?
