Reishi is for respiratory health issues and spirituality.
Sliva is known as one of the most prominent researchers of medicinal mushrooms in this country and has been heavily involved with studies on reishi and maitake mushrooms for the last ten years.
Next to the Appalachian Reishi (Ganoderma tsugae), which I wrote about in May, maitake is one of our prime native candidates for this human ecosystem doctoring.
