A book given to all UK parents to record details of their child’s health, which contains graphs to plot weight and height as well as pages for the doctor or health visitor to fill in during the health surveillance checks.
A publication (Report of the Committee on Infectious Diseases) of the American Academy of Pediatrics that contains recommendations and immunisation schedules for all licensed vaccines, as well as information on the manifestations, aetiology, epidemiology, diagnosis, treatment and prevention of 200 paediatric infectious diseases, including HBV, Haemophilus, measles, tuberculosis, AIDS, sexually transmitted infections and day-care infection control.
Drug Topics Red Book. A reference text used by pharmacies, which provides the average wholesale price of drugs and other therapeutic agents.
