Redback Networks, an Ericsson company (NASDAQ:ERIC) providing video-centric routers for 75 percent of the world's largest triple-play networks, today announced that Bharat Sanchar Nigam Ltd (BSNL) of India will use Redback's SmartEdge[R] family of multi-service edge routers as a part of its expansion plan to deliver broadband services to more than 5 million business and residential users.
