NUDT19

A gene on chromosome 19q13.11 that encodes coenzyme A diphosphatase, which hydrolyses a wide range of CoA esters including choloyl-CoA and branched-chain fatty-acyl-CoA esters. At low substrate concentrations, it primarily acts on medium- and long-chain fatty-acyl-CoA esters.
